With years of teaching experience and a passion for Health and Wellness, I design each session to meet you where you are—whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, deepen mindfulness, or simply pause for stillness in your day. My goal is to leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected. From private sessions and special events to workplace wellness and virtual classes, I’ll bring the “studio vibe” to you.
